SECRET VINEYARD TRAIL AND WINE TASTING
Join us for a 2 hour walk around a secret part of one of Surrey's famous vineyards. Take in the stunning views from parts of the vineyard not open to the public. SUNDAY WALK THROUGH THE CHILTERNS
Join us for our September social Sunday walk through the beautiful Chilterns starting at Whiteleaf Hill near Princes Risborough.
This walk will take you through some of the most incredible beech woodland in the Chilterns, passing through the Chequers Estate, the Pulpit Hill Nature Reserve and then following the ridgeway with splendid views and across the Vale of Aylesbury onto the Cotswolds. The walk takes in a couple of short climbs and a steep ascent to finish back at Whiteleaf Hill. The walk is approximately 5.5 miles and will take approximately 2.5 hours.
This a great chance to bond with your fellow DITD single members and get those steps over the 10K mark by Sunday lunchtime while chatting and enjoying the views. As always there is the option of a pub lunch at the end.

PADEL & A PINT SOCIAL
The World’s fastest growing sport – Padel Tennis is fun, sociable, and easy to play. It is a fast-paced and dynamic that combines elements of tennis, squash, and other racquet sports that can be played by anyone and everyone. The beauty of this activity is that it really is so sociable, the small court means it's easy to interact, chat and generally be a lot more sociable (more than on a tennis court). Our session will cater for all levels though we suggest you at least have played tennis of some kind in your life (ie can hit a ball). The hosts will guide and help the group and ensure it's fun. So if you have not given this fast growing sport a go yet, now is the time. There is the option of a coach if you are a complete beginner, but this will incur a small additional cost (WhatsApp Lisa to discuss this option)
Enjoy developing or brushing up on your padel skills with your fellow players.

SUP 'N' SIP
We had our first SUP 'n' SIP in July and it was fantastic so we have got another date straight in the diary for September. This is really fun 90mins of guided and full instructed Stand Up Paddle Boarding social hosted by our friends at The SUP Life. Just paddle and chat on this beautiful but calm part of the River Thames at Sonning followed by a glass of bubbles back the garden of The Coppa Club after.....I mean what could be better on a Sunday afternoon . ALL levels welcome whether an experienced paddleboarder or a wobbly 'never stood on a SUP newbie' it just doesn't matter. No wetsuits ladies - just wear your normal clothes which all being well, shouldn't get wet! Date in the Diary is all about pushing yourself to experience something new, have some fun and meet new people in the process - this is a perfect way to meet new single friends...

QUAD BIKING TOUR & CLAY SHOOTING
After great feedback from our last Quad Biking and Shooting Day, it's time to get your adrenalin pumping and join us for another fab fun autumn day out. We have organised a fun few hours, with our friends and experts in this area, Experience the Country based near Milton Keynes. You will start with a one hour quad biking tour - all equipment will be provided. The one hour tour will slowly build on your skill and confidence as you head out towards the estate 'jungle' and technical off road playground with mud, ruts, slopes and deep water for those up for a challenge. This is NOT a circular around a field, you will have more than 6 miles of off road riding to test your nerve and skill! Then you will head straight to Clay Shooting.
Clay shooting is a thrilling experience, demanding calm concentration, a keen eye, and quick reactions. This session is just a great way to experience a true country sport, under the guidance of an experienced instructor. The sessions cater for all abilities, to get to grips with a real shotgun and moving targets. They have a variety of weapons from a 410 double barrel that is extremely light and with little kickback to 12 bore over and under for the larger members of the group and a more challenging shot. They use 21-gram cartridges to lessen the impact on the shoulder and provide all safety equipment.
What a blast...what an absolute fun way to spend a Saturday... we hear you shout...well get booking and come join us. Look on our instagram page for photo's and video's of previous days! We will organise shared lifts to get everybody there (as its just over an hour's drive) and a late pub lunch after for those wanting to ride the adrenalin high for a little longer! TURVILLE WINDMILL & FINGEST WALK
Join us for a lovely circular walk in the heart of the Chilterns starting in Lane End (between Henley on Thames and Marlow) that proceeds through quiet, undulating and off-the-beaten track, with a chance to take in the beautiful landscape of rolling hills. Be warned there are some steep sections - but if you don't climb, you don't see the views. Remember the windmill in Chitty Chatty Bang Bang, well you will see that very windmill on this walk along with the village where the Vicar of Dibley was filmed! This walk really is breathtaking and the feeling of remoteness is reinforced by the two villages that you will pass through en route: Turville and Fingest, both are small, largely unchanged and widely considered timeless villages with distinctive and interesting churches, tucked away in a quiet valley.
This route is 5.5 miles (700ft ascent) – and will take approx. 2.5 hours. There is an option for a well deserved pub lunch or drink at least in the pub afterwards! Walk hosted by David of Chiltern Walks.
