Friday night, mid February – can you imagine anything better than spending the night amongst friends making chocolate??
In two hours you will
– Gain an understanding of how chocolate is processed
– Taste different chocolate
– Temper our own chocolate
– Make 3 chocolate bars and decorate them
– Dip champagne truffles and coat them in different toppings
– Decorate any remaining chocolate in toppings to make chocolate bark
– Package everything to take home
Yes to take home!! You’ll be taking home 3 x 40g decorated bars 9 champagne truffles and decorated chocolate bark, all beautifully packaged.
And surely we will need a little refreshment afterwards, so for those keen, there’s a fabulous pub nearby to carry on the evening. Single life doesn’t get better than this!
