Tuesday Social Run (and Pub 🍻)

Swap the sofa for some fresh air and join us for a relaxed summer evening run around beautiful Cookham.

We’ll be doing a scenic 5Km loop along the river and through Cock Marsh — flat, social and suitable for all abilities. Want more? You’re welcome to do the loop twice.

This isn’t about pace, PBs or pressure — just a chance to get moving, meet people and enjoy being outside. Run at your own speed, chat all the way round, or enjoy some quiet headspace and catch up at the end.

This is a group-led social run (weather dependent), so come along and do as much or as little as you fancy.

And because no Date in the Diary event is complete without a social element… we’ll head to the pub afterwards for a drink and some well-earned hydration.

A little movement, a lot of fresh air and a good excuse not to spend Wednesday night scrolling on the sofa.
