Sunday Picnic Walk in Windsor Great Park
Join us for another of our popular Sunday walks as we head to the beautiful Windsor Great Park for a relaxed afternoon of fresh air, good conversation and hopefully plenty of sunshine!
We’ll be following a lovely circular route of around 5 miles, taking in some of the park’s most iconic sights, including the Copper Horse, part of the famous Long Walk and the stunning open parkland where we may even spot some of Windsor’s famous deer.
Around halfway we’ll stop at Smith’s Lawn for a leisurely picnic, so simply bring your own lunch, a drink and perhaps a picnic blanket if you’d like to sit on the grass. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, catch up with old friends and get to know some new faces before we continue our walk back through the park.
