Join us for a 90 minute guided SUP tour starting and finishing at The Great House, Sonning. Previous paddleboard experience is necessary to join this event. Our friends at The SUP Life, will take you on a wonderful adventure down a beautiful part of the Thames between Sonning and Henley!

Everything is included – boards, paddles, buoyancy aids, river licence. Bring a change of clothes – just in case!
We love our country, however the weather & river conditions can sometimes mean SUP is not possible due to safety reasons. If this happens, fear not! The event will go ahead as a Stroll & Sip instead.
Each attendee will be given a Coppa Club ‘bounce back’ card which entitles them to post paddle a glass of fizz or soft drink.
