We’re switching things up this May with a Thursday Social in beautiful Sonning-on-Thames — right by the river.

This charming spot comes with a stunning garden overlooking the Thames and Sonning Bridge, making it the perfect setting for an early May evening. If the weather’s on our side, we’ll be outside enjoying riverside drinks in the spring air. If not, we’ll head inside to keep things just as relaxed and sociable.

We’ll be starting from 6.30pm, giving you plenty of time to ease into the evening and make the most of the setting.

This venue is a real hidden gem — a cool, stylish bar known for its great food as well as its laid-back atmosphere.

For this event, we’re offering two ways to join in:

• Drinks Only Ticket – come along for a relaxed evening of drinks, chat, and mingling

• Dinner & Drinks Ticket – enjoy dinner in one of the venue’s covered outdoor igloos @8pm then join the rest of the group again after.

The igloo’s seat up to eight people and are the perfect in-between — giving you that al fresco feel while still being sheltered if there’s a slight chill in the air. And when it gets dark they light up with twinkly lights. If you’d like to dine, just select the ‘Igloo dining’ option when booking but please note there is a minimum spend requirement of £35pp. You’ll then be able to join everyone else for drinks afterwards. We need bookings by Tuesday 5th.

Expect a friendly mix of familiar faces and new connections, with plenty of opportunity to settle in, socialise, and enjoy the riverside setting.
