Let’s blow the cobwebs away and get away from the Christmas selection boxes for a few hours! This is a great opportunity to meet up with our single friends and also meet new friends whilst we chat and enjoy the countryside. We’ll meet at 1pm (giving those who need to work from home, time to do something productive in the morning) and walk through fairly flat heathland and woodland to a fantastic pub with log fires for some good pub grub. And maybe a new years eve eve tipple, if you fancy. The table is booked for 2pm and the pub is dog friendly. After lunch we’ll cut across the heath back to the car park, hopefully before dusk! The walk is about 3 miles in total! There may be cattle grazing so dogs may have to be on leads for some of the walk. The heathland is sandy but the woodland can get quite muddy so boots are sensible. Book on for the last walk of 2024!
