Our fabulous friends at My Life Tonic have put together a 3 hour wellbeing experience designed just for our DITD members who want to feel good, connect and share something a little different together.
This immersive 3-hour session brings together movement, breathwork, heat and cold to leave you feeling grounded, energised and reconnected — not just with your body, but with the people you’re sharing the experience with. We’ll move, breathe, warm up, cool down and reset — bonding as a small group of like-minded single people through a shared wellbeing journey. You don’t need to have practised yoga before, you can take this at your own pace!
What to expect:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (70 minutes)
A dynamic, flowing practice designed to build strength, improve flexibility and release tension — helping you feel energised and present in your body.
Breathwork (start & end of the first yoga session)
Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system, improve focus and deepen the mind–body connection — setting the tone for the experience and helping you fully unwind.
Healthy Refuel (20 minutes)
A relaxed break to refuel, chat and connect with others in the group.
Sauna & Cold Dip (45 minutes)
Alternating heat and cold exposure helps boost circulation, reduce inflammation, support recovery and release feel-good endorphins — a powerful shared experience that naturally brings people together.
Restorative Yoga (30 minutes)
A slower, deeply relaxing practice to stretch, restore and allow your body to fully absorb the benefits of the session.
We’ll finish with hot lemon water and a relaxed catch-up, giving everyone time to connect, reflect and enjoy the calm, social energy of the group.
Places are limited to 8 people, with a minimum of 6 needed to run the session, ensuring an intimate and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included.
